He said, thanks to Atal ji's vision of development.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier, Prime Minister launched commencement of work for the revival of Talcher fertilizer plant in Odisha.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The 13,000 crore rupee plant will produce 1.27 million tonnes of neem-coated urea. It will start production in 36 months. Mr. Modi also inaugurated Jharsuguda Airport in Western Odisha.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The airport will come up under the government's UDAN scheme. He also dedicated to the nation new Jharsuguda-Barapali-Sardega railway line and two coal mines of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited and NTPC in Sundergarh district.&nbsp;</span>
