Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Rural Development and Parliamentary Affairs Ali Mohammed Sagar has asserted Government’s commitment to hold early Panchayat Elections in the state. He said that the establishment of Panchayat Raj in the State is essential for the overall development of rural areas. Active cooperation of people is essential to implementation policies. The Minister was addressing a gathering after inaugurating a model village at Allah, Bishnah in Jammu today.
