The government has clarified that it has no plan to abolish the Tribunals and Commissions in the country. Minister of State for Law and Justice, P P Chaudhary said this in a written reply in the Lok Sabha today. He was asked whether the government is planning to abolish these bodies as they have become outdated.<br/><br/>Replying to another question, Mr. Chaudhary said the Centre has received no proposal from the states to set up benches of the Supreme Court across the country.
