Information and Broadcasting Minister M Venkaiah Naidu today said the government believes in freedom of expression but it cannot be allowed for advocating separation and terrorism. <br/><br/>Mr Naidu hit out at the Congress for criticising the government on the issue saying that it was the Congress which had imposed emergency and taken away the right of expression. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr Naidu alleged that the Congress and Left parties are playing politics on the issue and they will not be able to misguide the students of Delhi University.On the issue of abusive comments against a girl student of the University,he said, the police must conduct an impartial enquiry into the matter and apprehend the culprits. <br/><br/>He also said, that complaints of molestation by another girl should also be probed.<br/><br/>
