Govt awaits ED advice in Mallya's deportation case

External Affairs Ministry has said it is awaiting next advice of the Enforcement Directorate in Vijay Mallya's deportation case. <br/><br/>Replying to a media query, MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup said the UK government has conveyed to India that Vijay Mallya cannot be deported as per British laws as he entered the country on a valid passport. UK had asked India to make request for either mutual legal assistance or extradition of Mallya. <br/><br/>Replying to another media query, Mr Swarup rubbished reports that there is aid cut to Neapl. He said nearly four hundred crore rupees annually being given to the Himalyan nation. When asked about the whereabouts of under world don Dawood Ibrahim, Mr Swarup said, he is a fugitive and Pakistan should handover him to India.
