The Government has asked the private Television channels not to air Big Boss and Rakhi ka Insaf shows before 11 PM in the night.The decision was taken by the Information and Broadcasting Ministry today after newspapers carried reports of several complaints about objectionable content in Bigg Boss on Channel Colors.There were also reports of a youth committing suicide after attending Rakhi ka Insaf show.AIR correspondent quoting official sources says, both shows can only be aired between 11 pm to 5 AM. Repeat telecast can also be shown during the time. These shows are not for universal viewing and it will carry a band saying 'not suitable for children'. The news channel will not be allowed to show promos of these shows in the programmes.
