The government has asked the Congress to participate in debate and discussion instead of playing the role of destructive opposition. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said, the government has been maintaining from day one that its is ready to discuss any issue on the floor of the two Houses. Replying to a query Goods and Services Tax bill, the Minister said, Centre is in consultation with the opposition.
