Replace the contents with same Head line The government has approved 22 proposals of Foreign Direct Investment,FDI, worth 3,951 crore rupees. The proposals were recommended by the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) in its meeting held last month.KSK Energy received the largest FDI with a warrants issue of 1,050 crores to its foreign promoter company. Norway based Telenor mobile communication got the government's nod to increase its shareholding from 74 per cent to 100 percent, worth 780 crores. Other firms including Baxter India, Verdant Telemetry, Tikona Digital, Shalina Laboratories, ARKRAY Healthcare and Ahlcon Parenternals have also received FIPB approval for FDI.
