Government today told Rajya Sabha, all available classified files relating to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose have been declassified and transferred to National Archives for digitization. Minister of State for Home Affairs, Haribhai Chaudhary in a written answer said, once the digitization is over, it will be released in public domain. Chaudhary said, government has taken up with governments of Austria, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, UK and the USA for handing over documents relating to Bose available with them. He however, said responses from Austria, Italy and USA are awaited, while other countries have responded.
