<span style="color: #222222;">Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has announced linking of Online Teacher Pupil Registration Management System, OTPRMS certificates with DigiLocker. This has been done in order to ensure hassle free access to verified OTPRMS Certificates.
