Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu has said, Government aims to provide comfortable and superfast travel to commuters. Supervising the modern coaches of the Antyodaya train today in Delhi, he said, the train caters to the need of poor ninety-five percent travellers with better facilities like drinking water and green lavatories. Antyodaya trains were announced in Rail Budget 2016. Developed by the Integral oach Factory, Antyodaya has only general second class coaches and provides accommodation to unreserved passengers. <br/><br/>The train coaches will have facility for potable drinking water and higher number of mobile charging points. LED lights are provided for improved lighting in compartments and lavatory. Zero discharge effluents technology of Bio toilet is enabled in every lavatory making the coaches hygenic for passengers.
