Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar today said the government has addressed the core issues which have been raised by army veterans in one rank one pension scheme.<br/><br/>Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr Parrikar said in a democracy, everyone has the right to demand but the government cannot satisfy everyone. <br/><br/>He stressed that the Judicial Commission which has been formed will look into the objections raised by retired defence officers.<br/><br/>The government had on Saturday, issued notification for implementation of OROP for ex-servicemen.<br/><br/>Under the scheme, the pension will be re-fixed every five years on the basis of the average of minimum and maximum pension of personnel retiring in 2013 in the same rank and with the same length of service.
