<span style="color: #222222;">In Goa, while observing Revolution Day today, Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari and Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant paid tributes to freedom fighters at Panaji. It was on this day, in 1946, Dr Ram Manohar Lohia had given a clarion call to Goans to arise, awake and work unitedly for the liberation of Goa.
