The Government proposes to create banking facilities in every habitation having a population of 2000 and more to ensure better agricultural credit to the farmers. <br/><br/>Replying to supplementaries in the Lok Sabha today, the Minister of State for Finance, Mr. Namo Narain Meena said the government had received 110 complaints regarding agricultural credit and related issues. <br/><br/>He said the majority of these complaints were relating to the implementation of the Agricultural Debt Waiver and Debt Relief Scheme, Kisan Credit Card issues. <br/><br/>The Minister said these complaints had already been forwarded to the concerned banks for redressal. He said the banks are looking promptly in line with the instructions from the government and the Reserve Bank of India.<br/>
