In a written answer in the Lok Sabha today, Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Dr Bharati Pravin Pawar said the Total Fertility Rate has declined to two in 2019-20 as per the fifth National Family Health Survey, adding, it is below the replacement level.</span><br />
