<span style="color: #222222;">The Government has revoked the Graded Response Action Plan stage-3 in Delhi and NCR with immediate effect in view of significant improvement in the air quality. Now the Construction and Demolition activities can resume in Delhi and NCR, which was banned earlier. The Delhi's average Air Quality Index was recorded at 318 today. The Commission for Air Quality Management took the decision after reviewing the current air quality scenario in the region as well as the forecasts for meteorological conditions.</span><br />
