<span style="color: #222222;">Government Degree College in Kargil, Ladakh has been declared as Accredited at Grade B by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council for a period of five years.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Since its inception in 1995, GDC, Kargil has scored 2.28 on a seven-point scale and now the college will be eligible for various Central schemes for its development and will help in improving the academic activities in the college.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The college has lots of difficulties which acted as a challenge during the visit of the NAAC team at GDC, Kargil but some important features of college like Botanical Garden, four bankers for use in case of any war-like situation and a Skill Centre has added special feature, Prof Nasir Shabani said.
