Google to give Europeans right to be forgotten

Google boss Larry Page says its launching a service through which Europeans can ask for web pages relating to their personal life to be removed from search results The move comes after the European Union Court of Justice ruled on 13th May that links to irrelevant and outdated data on search engines should be erased on request, which gave people the right to be forgotten. He added, although Google would comply with the ruling, it could damage innovation. He also said the regulation would give cheer to repressive regimes.
