Goods train derails near Ludhiana; no casualty reported

In Punjab, a goods train derailed near Dhandari Kalan railway station in Ludhiana district, this morning. Rail traffic was distrupted for more than three hours on the main Delhi-Ludhiana line. There is no reports of any casuality or injury. Ludhiana Railway Station Superintendent, R.K. Sharma said Delhi-Amritsar shatabadi Express, Grib Rath and Sahckhand trains were among some other trains which were delayed and routed to their destinations via Dhuri, Jakhal and other stations. Sharma said, rail traffic has now been restored and the derailed unit has also been removed.
