<span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said, the benefits of good governance and development must reach everyone and it will lay foundation of New India. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Sharing his thoughts in the 46th edition of Mann Ki Baat programme on All India Radio today, Mr Modi said, it is the time to re-emphasize that good governance is the birth right of every Indian.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Modi said, it is the collective responsibility of everyone to protect, conserve and love the nature to ensure a balance. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, in vast and diverse country like India at places, there is rising concerns due to excessive showers and at some other places, people are anxiously waiting for the rains to begin. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, rains should not be blamed as it is the humankind which has chosen the path of conflict with nature.     </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mentioning about the the 18 day rescue operations in a flooded cave in Thailand where 12 boys of a football team and their coach were trapped, Mr Modi said, when humanity comes together miracle happens. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, the world over, humanity joined hands in expressing the noblest and  the most righteous of human virtues. The world over, people prayed for the safe and secure exit of these children. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Prime minister said no stone was left unturned to trace their where abouts, their well-being and their rescue as their timely evacuation was of a prime concern, since the heavy monsoon would have delayed rescue-attempts by a few months. He said, there is a lot to learn from the operation about patience and bravery. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mentioning about students who will enter college, Mr Modi had a word of advice for them to remain calm, enjoy life, and seek inner happiness in life. Prime Minister said there is no alternative to books but students should also focus on discovering new things like newer skills, languages and culture. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Speaking about some students from deprived families, Mr Modi said, through sheer determination and perseverance they overcame all odds and stood out to be beacons of inspiration to others. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Modi mentioned about two youth in US hailing from Rae Bareli who prepared a smartgaon app which is connecting the villagers with the whole world. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">                         </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Speaking about Pandharpur Yatra of Maharashtra, Mr Modi said, the teaching of saints like Gyaneshwar, Namdev, Eknath, Ramdas, Tukaram are relevant even today in educating the masses. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, the teachings are imparting energy to fight against superstition and their compositions like Bharud or Abhang gives  message of amity, love and brotherhood. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Prime Minister said, the teachings enables the society to fight against blind-faith through devotion.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister urged all to celebrate Ganesh Utsav with great enthusiasm and fervour whole heartedly but insisted on keeping these celebrations eco-friendly. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Modi congratulated Hima Das, who created history by winning gold medal 400-meter race event just a few days ago, in the Junior Under-20 World Athletics championship in Finland.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also saluted the determination and grit of divyang players Sundar Singh Gurjar, Ekta Bhyan and Yogesh Kathunia who brought laurels for the country. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister also remembered and paid homage to Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Chandrasekhar Azad.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also paid his tributes to poet Gopaldas Neeraj who passed away recently. Mr Modi said, every word of the poet can instill a lot of strength and inspiration in Indians.</span><br />
