Gold recovers by Rs 110, ends 3 day fall

Snapping three days of losses, gold gained 110 rupees to 28,710 rupees per ten grams at Delhi's bullion market yesterday on scattered buying by jewelers and a firm global trend.Silver surged 750 rupees to 41,600 rupees per kilo on increased off-take by industrial units and coin makers. Silver coins remained unchanged at 73,000 rupees for buying 100 pieces. Overseas, gold rose 0.1 per cent to 1,174 dollars an ounce.
