Gold rose Rs. 90, to Rs. 30,100 per ten grams at Delhi's bullion market, on Monday, on fresh buying by stockists, amid a firm global trend.Silver gained Rs. 175, to Rs. 54,650 per kilo, on increased offtake by jewellery fabricators and industrial units. Silver coins spurted Rs. 1,000, to Rs. 81,000 for buying 100 pieces Overseas, gold jumped 1.1 per cent, to climb above 1,600 dollars for the first time this month, at 1,609 dollars an ounce.Gold rose, as plans by Cyprus to tax bank deposits created fresh investor worries about the euro zone debt crisis. Silver gained 0.5 per cent, to 28.90 dollars an ounce.
