Gold prices regained the 17,000-level in the national capital today. The precious metal, which dipped below 17,000 level four days ago, rose by 80 rupees to trade at 17,040 per 10 gram on fresh buying for festivals like Christmas and New Year celebrations. Silver gained 100 rupees and silver ready traded at 27,900.
