Gold prices today fell 65 rupees at Multi Commodity Exchange for December contracts in sync with losses in the international markets. The precious metal was trading at 48,135 rupees per 10 gram in intra-day trade.

Silver also declined 260 rupees to 65,875 rupees per kilogram for December Contracts when reports last came in.

In the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold was down to trade at 1,804 US dollars and 30 cents per ounce. Silver prices were also down to trade at 24 dollars and 50 cents per ounce in intra-day trade.
