Falling for the third straight day, gold dropped 100 rupees, to 31,400 rupees per ten grams at Delhi's bullion market, on Tuesday, on subdued demand at prevailing high levels, amid a weak global trend. Silver shed 10 rupees, to 59,540 rupees per kilo.
