Gold price today fell marginally by 72 rupees at Multi Commodity Exchange for June contracts. The precious metal was trading at around 60,784 rupees per 10 grams. However, Silver rose by 111 rupees to trade around 74,653 rupees per kilogram for May Contracts.       

In the global markets, gold was trading higher at 2,033 dollars and 80 cents per ounce at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Silver was trading down at 25 dollars 7 cents per ounce in intra-day trade.
