Today, Gold was trading down at the Multi Commodity Exchange for December contracts. The precious metal was down 118 rupees trading at 60,834 rupees per ten grams. Silver futures for December contracts are also down 135 rupees trading at 71,446 rupees per kilo when reports last came in.

In the global markets, gold is trading down at 1,991 dollars and 90 cents per ounce at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Silver is also down trading at 22 dollars and 88 cents per ounce in the intra-day session.
