Gold declined 45 rupees, to 22,820 rupees per ten grams at Delhi's bullion market on Monday due to sluggish local demand, and a weak global trend. Silver shed 350 rupees, to 57,250 rupees per kilo. In the global markets, gold slipped 1.40 dollars, to 1,535 dollars an ounce. Silver shed 0.2 per cent, to 37.88 dollars an ounce.
