Gold fell 230 rupees, to 29,300 rupees per ten grams at Delhi's bullion market, today, on a decline in demand, amid weak global cues. But silver gained 200 rupees, to 54,200 ruopees per kilo, on increased offtake by stockists. Overseas, gold lost 0.5 per cent, to 1,551 dollars an ounce, as concern that Europe's debt crisis will escalate pushed up the dollar.
