Gold declined 10 rupees, to 27,660 rupees per ten grams at Delhi's bullion market, today, on reduced off-take by stockists and retailers at existing higher levels, amid a weak overseas tend. Silver lost 200 rupees, to 44,600 rupees per kilo, on falling demand among industrial units and coin-makers.Overseas, gold fell slightly, to 1,400 dollars an ounce. Silver shed 0.3 per cent, to 22.48 dollars an ounce, on concern that the US central bank may scale back asset purchases as the economy recovers.
