<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister of State for statistics and programme implementation Vijay Goel expressed satisfaction over progress of implementation of various infrastructure projects costing 150 crore rupees in Tripura.&nbsp; </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Goel has arrived in Agartala today on two-day visit to review progress of ongoing works of road transport and highways and urban development sectors being implemented by NHIDCL and HSCL in the state. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The review meeting was attended by senior officers of state Government, NHIDCL and HSCL.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Briefing media over the progress of road connectivity in the state, MoS Goel said 141 out of 161 road construction projects sanctioned by the Centre were already complete and 13 others&nbsp; under progress. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said works of 48 km long two-lane roadway under NH-8 along Agartala-Udaipur is now near completion under SARDP-NE Phase-I costing 369 crore rupees and expected to be completed by March 31.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The minister said along the Agartala-Udaipur-Sabroom sector, already 73 km roadway has been completed between Udaipur and Sabroom. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He further said 40 % works of construction of Maitree bridge over Feni river has so far been completed with a cost of 90 crore rupees.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Maitree bridge construction is an ambitious project of the central government aimed at building transport communication with Bangladesh from Sabroom of Tripura.</span><br />
