In Jammu and Kashmir, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Northern Command, Lt General Y K Joshi met Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu at Raj Bhavan in Jammu today and discussed several issues relating to security management and other important issues to meet the security challenges in the Union Territory.<br />'' <br />'' Lt.
