Lt. Gen. Rana Pratap Kalita, GOC-in-C, Eastern Command of the Indian Army arrived in Dhaka today for the UN Peacekeeping day. He is on a visit to Bangladesh at the invitation of the Chief of Army Staff, Bangladesh. The GOC-in-C started his visit by paying tribute to the Bangladesh armed forces who made the supreme sacrifice during the liberation war of 1971 by laying a wreath at  Shikha Anirban.<br />'' <br />''During his visit to Bangladesh the GOC-in-C, Eastern Command of the Indian Army and the delegation will call on the Chiefs of the three services and other senior officers to discuss matters of mutual cooperation.
