Goa's Anti-corruption Bureau has caught P.K. Patidar, a Goa Civil Service Officer red handed while taking a bribe of 15,000 rupees. Patidar, who is a registrar of cooperative societies, also holds additional charge as Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services. According to ACB sources, one Vivekanand Naik, a supplier of dry grass had complained that though his cheque of 22 lakh rupees was ready, the Director is not releasing it and demanding a 10 percent cut.
