Top bankers from across the world are attending the meeting. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing the gathering, Mr. Jaitley said the Indian government's agenda is to achieve higher growth of the unbanked sector. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The reach out has been a grand success. Till date, 330 million accounts have been opened by the poor who could never have thought of having access to banks. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">They have also been covered under insurance schemes. Women account for 54 per cent of the beneficiaries. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Finance Minister said a new taxation regime is in place for the informal sector to ensure a better life for the marginalised sections of society.</span><br />''
