The President of India Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil who is on a four day visit to Goa from November 21 will attend the annual convocation ceremony of the Goa University at Bambolim near Panaji today as the chief guest.<br/><br/>The Goa University will confer a honorary D. lit on the President at the function. Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil was accorded a civic reception at Dona Paula on Monday by the Goa Government and the local self govt. bodies at a function organised at the National Institute of oceanography.<br/><br/>She will leave for Pune on completion of her four day visit to the state this afternoon.<br/>
