In Goa, Tourism Minister Fransisco Pacheco has resigned. This follows his questioning by Crime Branch in connection with the death of a 28-year-old female friend.<br/><br/>The former tourism minister, Mr. Micky Pacheco has gone underground fearing his arrest over the suicidal death of his 28 year old girl friend Ms. Nadia Torrado. Our correspondent reports that the Police have issued a look out notice to nab the former Minister. <br/>
