The Goa State Legislative Assembly on Wednesday paid homage to hundreds of quake and tsunami victims in Japan. The members observed one minute silence to pay homage to the people who lost their lives in the disaster.The house also condoled the death of former MLA from Calangute constituency Shri Jagdish Rao who passed away on 4th of this month. The Speaker Mr. Pratapsingh Rane made the obituary reference.
