In Goa, the south Goa District additional sessions court today rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Mr. Lyndon Monteiro, the officer on special duty to Goa's former tourism minister Mr. Micky alias Francisco Xavier Pacheco, in the suicidal death of girl friend Ms. Nadia Torrado. Mr. Monteiro is one of the suspects in the case. <br/><br/>The Margao additional sessions court will hear the bail application of Mr. Micky Pacheco, on Tuesday afternoon filed by his lawyer yesterday. Mr. Pacheco is a key accused in the case and has been absconding ever since he was asked by the police to remain present before the investigating officials. The police have issued a look out notice to nab the former tourism minister.<br/>
