In the rape case of a nine year old Russian girl in Goa, the Police filed a charge sheet against Aman Bhardwaj alias Amar Rajbhar and Anil Raghuvanshi, before the children's court in Panaji on Tuesday.<br/><br/>The nine year old girl was allegedly raped by the duo at Arambol in Pernem Taluka in North Goa on 26th of last month.<br/><br/>The Police have charged the duo under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, read with section 511 of the code, and section 34 of the code.<br/><br/>The duo is also charged for child abuse under section 8(2) of the children's act. Both the accused are in the judicial custody at present.<br/>
