The Goa government has assured that most of the infrastructural facilities for the Lusofonia Games will be in place before the October 10 deadline here. The Portuguese Commonwealth Games scheduled in October-November this year would be held across six venues. The 12 Portuguese speaking nations would be participating in the event. The opening ceremony of the event is scheduled to be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium at Fatorda, Goa.
