<span style="color: #222222;">Goa Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant has announced a 15-day curfew in the state, starting from 9th of this month, amid surge in coronavirus cases. The curfew will continue till 23rd May. During the curfew period, essential services shops will remain open from 7am till 1 pm. Chief Minister Dr Sawant said, Those who move out without any purpose or reason, will be firmly dealt with the apt provisions of law. He appealed to the people to stay at home and co-operate in breaking the chain of coronavirus. 56 deaths due to </span>COVID-19 and 4,195 new patients were reported in Goa today.<br />
