The Goa Football Association (GFA) will sign a Memorandum of Understanding MoU with football's world governing body FIFA for setting up of an artificial turf at the Duler stadium in Mapusa. Elvis Gomes, who chaired the meeting in the absence of GFA president Joaquim Alemao, has been authorised to sign the MoU on behalf of the GFA. Meanwhile, the tireless efforts of secretary Savio Messias for the past seven years were put on record.
