A Goa court today ordered framing of charges on the 28th o9f this month against senior journalist Tarun Tejpal, accused of sexually assaulting and raping a former woman colleague nearly four years ago. <br/><br/>The charges against him would be framed under IPC sections pertaining to wrongful restraint, wrongful confinement, criminal force, sexually coloured remarks, use of criminal force on woman, and rape. The court also barred media from covering the proceedings.<br/><br/>The framing of charges will pave the way for start of the trial against the founder editor of Tehelka magazine.
