Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamath who also holds the Finance Minister portfolio will present the state budget for the financial year 2011-12 in the state legislative assembly today. He is expected to provide sops to the people of the state as this is said to be the last budget session of the house with elections expected to be held earlier than scheduled.
