<span style="color: #222222;">Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today submitted his resignation  to Governor P S Sreedharan from his post paving the way for the formation of the new government in the state. The Governor accepted the resignation of Mr Sawant  and requested him to continue as caretaker Chief Minister along with his cabinet till further arrangements are made.<br />''<br />''Pramod Sawant said the formation of new government will be decided after visit of BJPs central team to Goa. Mr Sawant said, once they come to Goa,  the legislators party meeting will be held and rest of decisions will follow soon.</span><br />
