Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar today led the citizens in paying rich tributes to Dr Tristao Braganza Cunha, the father of Goa Liberation movement on the occasion of his death anniversary at Azad Maidan in Panaji today.Mr. Parrikar placed a wreath on the memorial and paid homage while the police band played the last post and the Guard of honour paid compliments to the memorial and reversed their arms as mark of respect at a function organised at T B Cunha memorial.
