In Goa, by-polling for Valpoi Assembly constituency is in progress. Although the polling began on a slow note, it is gradually picking up. Till noon, 35 per cent voting has been reported. Several voters from remotest areas of the constituency are showing keen interest in voting despite incessant rain lashing the state since last two days.
