<br/>The five-day budget session of the Goa state Legislative Assembly begins on Monday (at 11.30 a.m.) with the customary address of the Governor Dr, S.S. Sidhu to the house. <br/><br/>In all 554 questions including 215 starred and 339 unstarred will come up for discussion during the five day session. <br/><br/>The Chief Minister Mr. Digambar Kamat who also holds the Finance portfolio will present the budget on Tues for the financial year 2010-11 and seek vote on account for the first 4 to 5 months of the new financial year. <br/><br/>Besides, he is also likely to present demand for supplementary grants for the current financial year.<br/><br/>
