Minister for AYUSH Shripad Naik has said globalization of AYUSH is one of the major policy thrusts of Government. In his inaugural speech at the first U.S.-India Workshop on Traditional Medicine in New Delhi, Minister today said the constructive collaboration between India and U.S. in this field is important for incorporating more scientific inputs from both sides. Mr Naik said India is also collaborating with World Health Organization in the area of Traditional Medicine which will help in mainstreaming AYUSH systems.
